1. Substrate is firm and the evenness matches up the design and specification requirements.
2. Keep surface dry, clean, no dust and greasy dirt.
1. Clean up substrates: surface of membrane must be clean, no visual prominence and burrs. Keep substrates dry.
2. Locate and flip datum line: flip datum on the substrates according to membranes dimension and paving direction before construction in wide area, make sure membrane regular, beautiful and no big deviation.
3. Pave and paste membranes: locate and fix membranes according to calculated space. Drill the overlap side by percussion drilling, guaranteeing space 250~300mm and drill away 30mm from membrane edge. Fix membranes on substrates by steel nail and gasket. During the second paving membrane, cover all the nails and weld the overlaps.
4. Weld the overlaps: to insure the welded membrane surface regular, weld the joint of the longer side first, then the short one, both overlap width are 60mm. Weld two layers PVC on plane with automatic welder, as far details and unsuitable parts for automatic welder, use hand torch instead. Transverse joints need be staggered mutually while paving. Insure the welding joint parts clean, without drop, greasy dirt and other sundries. Single welding suitable to transverse side of membrane, then do a type T junction between transverse and longitudinal joint, namely adding extra membrane in the size of 10cm*10cm by hands.
5. Wind up and seal treatment of membranes: seal overlap parts with specialized sealant of PVC membrane, keep width 20mm.
1. Pave and paste PVC till bottom of buckle plate or inside of groove, and fix and seal with metal strip at the winding up parts.
2.Treatment of winding up parts: press membrane winding up parts with metal strip fixed by steel nails, and seal joints with sealant next.
3. No drip, dewdrop, greasy dirt and attachment is allowed to exist while welding.
4. Weld lap seam of longer side first, then the short one. Insure the welded surface heated evenly till emerge little fused slurry and no solder skip, skip welding and weak welding. In addition, should not damage membranes at the non-welding parts.
